3.1 Prototype Definition

The prototypes and constants for most of the SMPlib routines are defined in

   "smp_lib.h"         (C interface)
   "smp_libf.h"        (Fortran interface). 

The prototypes for the SMP_Timer* routines are defined in

   "smp_timer.h"       (C interface)
   "smp_timerf.h"      (Fortran interface).
