Usage:

      extractsrf [fomoco_input_file]

Description:

The extractsrf program will read the MIXSUR/OVERINT input file and create the SPLITMX and SPLITMQ input files for JUST the surface information. It will also create a new MIXSUR/OVERINT input file that corresponds to this surface extraction, but the results will not necessarily be the same as that from a run of MIXSUR on the volume grids, due to the change in the number of grids for each subset used with SPLITMX/SPLITMQ.
