Usage:

      gridinf 

Description:

The GRIDINF program is used to obtain some basic information about PLOT3D grid files. It is typically driven via a script (e.g. see the Tcl procedures in Gridinf.tcl), outputting the relevant information in a format that can be easily parsed. The input is via standard input, with options prompted for via a text menu.

Menu Options:

    1. Get X,Y,Z location of J,K,L subset
    2. Get nearest J,K,L location given X,Y,Z
    3. Get bounding box dimensions of grid subset
    4. Search along a grid line for intersection w/ a plane
    5. Get XYZ location as fraction of arc length along
       grid line
    6. Get cell size statistics for grid shell
    7. Get arc length between 2 points along a grid line
    8. Get min/max arc length in J/K/L direction
    9. Get total number of points in file
   10. Get plot3d file-type information
